Responsibilities:

<li>Assist in operations issues &amp; monitoring of staffs' customer service &amp; discipline;</li>
<li>Ensure upkeep of store/outlet, attend to staffs' welfare &amp; resolve customers’ enquiries/complaints;</li>
<li>Compile and maintain sales collection, generate sales reports;</li>
<li>Coordinate training activities and coach promoters when needed;</li>
<li>Possess good people handling skills with good sense of responsibility and commitment.</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum Diploma in Retail Management or any relevant field;</li>
<li>With at least 5 years of working experience in fashion retail environment;</li>
<li>Pleasant personality and appearance, independent and self-motivated;</li>
<li>Possess good leadership skills;</li>
<li>Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and long hours;</li>
<li>Computer Literate.</li>
