Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the company’s properties and achieve sales targets.
• Plan and organise pre-launch registration drives, official launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and other promotional activities and events to market the company’s properties within the assigned budget.
• Monitor, analyse, and review the effectiveness of all marketing communication strategies and campaign performances.
• Lead, align, supervise, and train department staff in achieving business plans and KPIs, as well as troubleshoot problems in managing day-to-day operations.
• Ensure all advertising and promotional campaigns and launches are conducted in compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct research and analysis on potential markets, competition, product development, marketing campaigns, and promotions, and provide timely feedback with recommendations for future improvements.
• Ensure timely submission to the Ministry of Housing (MOH) for Developer’s License and Advertising Permit applications, Borang 7F, and any other documents required by the authorities from time to time.
• Ensure all management reports are updated accurately and submitted on time.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Business Administration, Commerce, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in project marketing within the property industry, including at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong creative ability.
• Good organisational, planning, and time management skills.
• Solid understanding of digital and social media marketing.
• Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with statutory requirements and dealings with the Ministry of Housing.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Knowledge of IFCA is an added advantage.
