Job Description

-Work closely with Customer Service and Operation Team on the sorting planning and output.

-Responsible for responding and handling of all customer complaints.

-Ensure all customer quality target is met with minimum rejection that shall not disrupt customers' production line by monitoring the vision sorting output and performance.

-Evaluate records and procedures to ensure its adequacy and provide suggestion to improved quality assurance activities.

-Review changes & updates on new product specification.

-To ensure the Vision Sorting personnel are continuously educated, trained and developed in order to improve on their competency.

-Control and manage the departmental operations to ensure that it is within the guidelines of the Quality Management System.

-Responsible for the monitoring, control and updating of documents.

-Follow up specific problems as advised by QA Manager.

-Better understanding on ISO 14001 requirements.

-Better understanding in identifying hazardous waste and make proper disposal arrangement to the scheduled waste storage.

-To carry out other duties as and when assigned by Management. 

Job Requirements

-Degree or Diploma in engineering or equivalent.

-Able to conduct audit (e.g.. Line process, Company system audit etc) and knowledgeable in moulding process.

-Internal audit training for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

-Automotive 5-Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA & PPAP)

-Good communication and management skills.

-Computer literate. Must be able to use MS Office.
