Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for guests via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests accurately and efficiently
  • Support daily homestay operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs
  • Take ownership of guest feedback and issue resolution to ensure high satisfaction
  • Ensure all company SOPs, policies, and service standards are followed
  • Collaborate closely with operations and management teams to improve processes
  • Assist in new initiatives and projects as the company grows
  • Follow up on tasks proactively and stay organised
  • Provide additional support during peak periods or urgent situations

Job Requirements

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • Proficient in English (spoken & written); Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are a plus 
  • A strong communicator with good problem-solving skills and leadership potential
  • Experienced in hospitality or customer service (fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome)
  • Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Guest-centric and proactive, always thinking about how to improve the guest journey
  • Familiar with hotels, serviced residences, or homestay operations (a big advantage)
  • Able to stay calm under pressure and handle situations professionally
  • Detail-oriented and reliable, ensuring tasks and requests are followed through
  • Eager to learn, grow, and progress with the company
