<li>Take ownership of guest feedback and issue resolution to ensure high satisfaction</li>
<li>Ensure all company SOPs, policies, and service standards are followed</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with operations and management teams to improve processes</li>
<li>Assist in new initiatives and projects as the company grows</li>
<li>Follow up on tasks proactively and stay organised</li>
<li>Provide additional support during peak periods or urgent situations</li>
