Your Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead property operations end-to-end. Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and operations teams across multiple locations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain premium property standards. Ensure every unit meets high benchmarks for quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.</li>
<li>Build &amp; improve SOPs. Implement, refine, and scale standard operating procedures for all property operations.</li>
<li>Manage maintenance &amp; upgrades proactively. Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and renovation works to avoid disruptions.</li>
<li>Conduct inspections &amp; quality audits. Perform regular checks to uphold brand standards and identify improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Drive operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, reduce downtime, and enhance performance.</li>
<li>Be the key liaison for property owners. Act as the main point of contact for operational matters, ensuring clear communication and trust.</li>
<li>Analyze performance &amp; optimize results. Review property metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency, cost control, and asset value. &nbsp;</li>
