Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven operations leader who takes pride in maintaining exceptional property standards and enjoys turning systems into smooth, scalable operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and want real ownership over multiple properties—this role is for you. 

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead property operations end-to-end. Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and operations teams across multiple locations. 
  • Maintain premium property standards. Ensure every unit meets high benchmarks for quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.
  • Build & improve SOPs. Implement, refine, and scale standard operating procedures for all property operations.
  • Manage maintenance & upgrades proactively. Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and renovation works to avoid disruptions.
  • Conduct inspections & quality audits. Perform regular checks to uphold brand standards and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Drive operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, reduce downtime, and enhance performance.
  • Be the key liaison for property owners. Act as the main point of contact for operational matters, ensuring clear communication and trust.
  • Analyze performance & optimize results. Review property metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency, cost control, and asset value.
     

Job Requirements

 You’ll excel in this role if you have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management, hospitality operations, or a related field
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide, motivate, and manage teams
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple properties and priorities without losing quality
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in liaising with internal teams and property owners
  • Hands-on experience with property management systems (PMS) and operational workflows
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset—you spot issues early and fix them fast
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism
