WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

<li>Handling general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, answering calls and emails.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels, perform stock count, and manage reorder points to prevent shortages.</li>
<li>Manage weekly replenishment cycles to all branches to ensure stock availability to customers.</li>
<li>Ordering of office suppliers when required.</li>
<li>Liaising with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed</li>
<li>Prepare quotation, issue invoices, delivery orders, documents preparation &amp; etc.</li>
<li>Manage recruitment job posting.</li>
<li>Performing ad-hoc tasks to support the broader team as required.</li>
