<li>Maintain full-set accounting records, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).</li>
<li>Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage cash flow, petty cash, and inter-company transactions.</li>
<li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including preparation of GST/SST filings, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.</li>
<li>Support internal and external audits (preparation of required documents and coordination with the outsourced accounting firm, including providing explanations as necessary).</li>
<li>Handle full payroll functions, including salary computation, statutory deductions, allowances, reimbursements, staff queries, and year-end tax and reporting compliance.</li>
<li>Liaise with management and other departments on financial matters.</li>
<li>File, copy, and organize accounts-related documents to maintain proper records.</li>
