▪ Handle general administrative tasks, including office maintenance, document courier arrangements, and company vehicle servicing.&nbsp;
▪ Prepare daily order transactions, handle customer orders and related documentation, and generate inventory reports.
▪ Liaise with relevant departments for required documentation.
▪ Perform various ad-hoc duties as assigned.
▪ Working hours: 8:00am to 5:30pm; Monday to Friday (one day work on Saturday once a month)
▪ Yearly bonus based on performance
