Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 1) Sales & Quotation Support
 - Prepare sales quotations and proposal
 2) Purchase Orders & Documentation
 - Process purchase orders accurately and on time
 - File supporting documents (e.g., quotations, delivery orders, invoices)
 3) Administrative Support
 - Maintain customer records
 - Organize sales reports and internal documents
 - Assist with admin tasks and team coordination
 4) Customer Service
 - Respond to customer queries on orders

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years working experience in similar industry or equivalent is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. 
  2. Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent
  3. Must have the energy and personality to meet and communicate to a wide spectrum of personalities with ease. 
  4. Have a non-exhausting desire to drive assigned projects ahead and have the ability to foresee/overcome challenges.
  5. Ability to speak effectively and confidently before groups of customers or within the organization.
  6. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint). Be able to do professional presentation slides and conduct presentations.  
  7. Able to interact in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin and its various dialects would be an added advantage.
  8. Possess own vehicle and driving license class D is preferred.
