<li>Responsible for the smooth and efficient daily operations of the restaurant.</li>
<li>Provide leadership by cultivating, guiding, and coaching staff to consistently deliver excellent customer service.</li>
<li>Conduct daily and weekly roll calls with employees to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency, including restaurant cleanliness, accurate order taking, customer service, and promotions.</li>
<li>Ensure food preparation and cooking are carried out in accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li>
<li>Handle escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally, and report issues to higher management.</li>
<li>Operate and provide training on the existing POS and ordering systems.</li>
<li>Ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.</li>
<li>Manage outlet administrative duties and submit all required records and paperwork to the corporate office in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Provide coaching and oversee staff training and development, monitor staff performance, and manage roster planning.</li>
<li>Support new store setup and provide necessary staff training in accordance with company training SOPs.</li>
<li>Enforce discipline and proper conduct among staff to foster high morale within the outlet.</li>
<li>Maintain and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures for restaurant operations.</li>
<li>Conduct monthly stock checks and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.</li>
<li>Maintain critical operational standards, including holding times, service speed and quality, and raw and finished product quality at all times.</li>
<li>Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards in the kitchen and maintain effective store presentation.</li>
<li>Oversee restaurant opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and washing activities.</li>
<li>Ensure full compliance with licensing, safety, hygiene, health, cleanliness, and sanitation regulations and guidelines.</li>
<li>Ensure optimal staffing levels are maintained to achieve customer satisfaction while adhering to budget guidelines.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly reports on restaurant performance.</li>
<li>Perform any other duties as assigned.</li>
