We are dedicated and passionate about our vision - to be the leading provider of total customer solutions in the oil sector and its allied businesses.We are seeking dynamic &amp; innovative individuals who have the drive to make a difference &amp; are fueled to succeed!Responsibilities:Brand Strategy &amp; Campaign:<ul><li>Develop and execute an annual brand communication plan focused on driving awareness, engagement and loyalty.</li><li>Lead Marketing campaigns and the launch of new products.</li><li>Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.</li></ul>Digital &amp; Social Media:<ul><li>Manage and optimize digital marketing and social media programs to boost brand visibility and engagement.</li><li>Oversee community management to foster positive brand sentiment and customer interaction.</li><li>Stay ahead of digital trends and adjust strategies accordingly.</li></ul>Stakeholder &amp; Team Collaboration:<ul><li>Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to roll out the new brand proposition.</li><li>Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Loyalty teams to gather insights and drive retention and reactivation strategies.</li><li>Work closely with the Social Media &amp; Digital Advisor to enhance digital advertising and brand-building efforts.</li></ul>Campaign Performance &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to meet objectives.</li><li>Develop marketing material and presentations to communicate brand initiatives to stakeholders.</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.</li><li>At least 10 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail or commercial sales.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate a team.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and experience working with both internal teams and external stakeholders.</li><li>Willingness to travel as required and possess a valid driver's license and transportation.</li></ul> Thank you for your application!
