Job Description

• Collect, manage, and organise leads from multiple online and offline channels.
   
• Generate and deliver qualified leads to the Sales team through social media, digital campaigns, events, advertisements, and direct messaging.
   
• Screen and qualify leads based on predefined criteria (cold / warm / hot).
   
• Track and update lead status accurately in the CRM or lead database.
   
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
   
• Monitor lead performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
   
• Maintain clean, structured, and up-to-date lead records.
   
• Support campaign execution and lead tracking initiatives.
   

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, online support, lead generation, or sales support.
   
• Experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Marketing is an added advantage.
   
• Strong communication skills with a professional and structured approach.
   
• Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
   
• Proactive, action-oriented, and able to work independently.
   
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and follow-up skills.
   
• Familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
   
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or sales funnels is an advantage.
