Job Description
- Perform onsite inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of deployed IT equipment
- Provide onsite technical support for Windows-based PCs and related devices
- Install, update, and maintain company software and tools (OS, remote access tools such as ToDesk, browsers, developer tools, etc.)
- Diagnose hardware/software issues and coordinate equipment replacement when necessary
- Maintain accurate IT asset records, including device ID, ownership, deployment location, status, and maintenance history
- Support IT inventory tracking and ensure data accuracy in asset systems
- Prepare regular IT operation and maintenance reports
- Provide onsite support and travel within Kuala Lumpur when required
Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and PC troubleshooting
- Experience in IT support, technical support, or field service is preferred
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues independently
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work onsite when required
- Willing to travel within Kuala Lumpur area
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred for effective communication with local teams and users
