<li>Provide onsite technical support for Windows-based PCs and related devices</li>
<li>Install, update, and maintain company software and tools (OS, remote access tools such as ToDesk, browsers, developer tools, etc.)</li>
<li>Diagnose hardware/software issues and coordinate equipment replacement when necessary</li>
<li>Maintain accurate IT asset records, including device ID, ownership, deployment location, status, and maintenance history</li>
<li>Support IT inventory tracking and ensure data accuracy in asset systems</li>
<li>Prepare regular IT operation and maintenance reports</li>
<li>Provide onsite support and travel within Kuala Lumpur when required</li>
