Job Title: Product &amp; Kitchen Executive
We’re looking for someone who is equally passionate about food and impact, someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment but is also comfortable with structure and documentation. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our production kitchen while driving product R&amp;D, refining recipes, and ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen is something we’re proud of.
You're the kind of person who:

<li>Loves rolling up your sleeves and getting hands-on in the kitchen.</li>
<li>Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple things at once.</li>
<li>Enjoys experimenting, researching, and refining products.</li>
<li>Doesn’t mind hard work and understands the hustle of a growing food business. </li>

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support the kitchen team during production when needed (sous chef-style!)</li>
<li>Arrange and coordinate food tastings and trials with internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Manage sensory profiling and product evaluations</li>
<li>Conduct ongoing product research and development (R&amp;D)</li>
<li>Oversee and support product launches and seasonal menu rollouts</li>
<li>Maintain, organize, and update recipe and product documentation</li>
<li>Work closely with the chefs, operations, and sales team to ensure quality and consistency</li>
</ul>
