Job Title: Product & Kitchen Executive

We’re looking for someone who is equally passionate about food and impact, someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment but is also comfortable with structure and documentation. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our production kitchen while driving product R&D, refining recipes, and ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen is something we’re proud of.

• Loves rolling up your sleeves and getting hands-on in the kitchen.
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple things at once.
• Enjoys experimenting, researching, and refining products.
• Doesn’t mind hard work and understands the hustle of a growing food business.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the kitchen team during production when needed (sous chef-style!)
• Arrange and coordinate food tastings and trials with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage sensory profiling and product evaluations
• Conduct ongoing product research and development (R&D)
• Oversee and support product launches and seasonal menu rollouts
• Maintain, organize, and update recipe and product documentation
• Work closely with the chefs, operations, and sales team to ensure quality and consistency

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience or strong interest in food production, culinary arts, or F&B product development
• Hands-on in the kitchen and willing to be involved in cooking processes
• Organized and able to manage recipe documentation digitally (Google Sheets, etc.)
• Open to learning, growing, and contributing ideas
