Job Description
We are looking for a driven and responsible Branch Executive to join our Kitchen Arena Johor team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a Senior Executive role, manage a showroom, and be part of a fast-growing brand in the kitchen equipment industry.
- Handle walk-in customers and provide basic product consultation (training provided)
- Manage showroom layout, cleanliness, and daily operations
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Work towards monthly outlet sales targets
- Coordinate with HQ on orders, stock, and customer needs
- Opportunity to grow into a senior role and manage the outlet independently
Job Requirements
- SPM, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome
- No experience required – training and guidance will be provided
- Good attitude, willing to learn and grow
- Friendly, confident, and able to speak to walk-in customers
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Based in Johor or willing to relocate
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
