Key Responsibilities

<li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes:</li>

<li>Preparing orientation materials, collecting documents, coordinating exit formalities.</li>
</ul>
<li>Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.</li>
<li>Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking.</li>
<li>Support HR projects such as training programs, employee engagement events, and surveys.</li>
<li>Draft and update HR policies, letters, and compliance documentation.</li>
<li>Handle confidential information with discretion.</li>
<li>Provide general administrative support to the HR team.</li>
</ul>
