Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, write, and edit compelling content for various marketing materials, including landing pages, long-form sales letters, ad copy, video scripts, and newsletters.
• Assist in the design, optimization, and execution of digital marketing funnels to drive conversions and growth.
• Support the development and scheduling of podcast episodes and guest podcasting opportunities.
• Contribute to the editorial calendar and assist with blog/article content creation in collaboration with the editorial team.
• Participate in conversion experiments and A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
• Assist in tracking marketing data, analyzing campaign performance, and generating reports.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups related to marketing content and campaigns.
• Manage the review and processing of press releases and content submitted to our press release distribution platform.
• Support outreach efforts to identify and engage with potential marketing partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor content, and audience behavior.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent command of written English; copywriting skills are a must.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with direct response marketing, email marketing, SEO, and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A team player with a growth mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for learning.
• Bonus: Ability to write in Chinese/Malay or experience in podcasting, outreach, or PR.
