About the Role

At PowerUpSuccess Group, we don't just deliver training; we architect high-impact learner journeys. We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist (LDS) who is an experienced practitioner of both pedagogy and technology. You will design and oversee our client’s “Learner Journey”, making certain that all our programs are engaging, interactive, and deliver measurable results. 

You will bridge the gap between instructional design and digital execution, working closely with our trainers and the Operations team to ensure every touchpoint is seamless.

Key Responsibilities

  • Instructional Strategy & Design: Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to design high-impact "Product Excellence" training programs, ensuring a consistent and engaging learner journey.
  • LMS Architecture & Management: Take ownership of the LMS platform by creating customized client landing pages, managing user enrollment, and setting up program structures including modules and cohorts.
  • Digital Content Creation: Utilize AI and multimedia tools and/or work with our content development studio team to produce and curate supplementary learning resources such as podcasts, short videos, guidebooks, articles and drip-feed articles.
  • On-site and Off-site Program Support: Manage on-site and remote touchpoints during training sessions, including real-time knowledge checks, quizzes, and prompt / timely distribution of digital templates and/or links.
  • Learner Onboarding & Communication: Orchestrate automated communication flows, including welcome emails, priming messages, and logistics reminders to minimize administrative friction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track participant readiness and pre-work completion, sending targeted reminders to ensure participant’s engagement throughout the “Learner Journey”.
  • Assessment & Certification: Administer assessments and process specialized profiling tools (e.g. Sales Star Inventory) to measure knowledge retention and award certifications.
  • Post-Program Follow-up & Impact Reporting: Design and execute automated follow-up sequences to ensure long-term retention, conduct comprehensive program evaluations for impact reporting, and coordinate with marketing to systematically collect social media reviews. 
  • Technical Quality Assurance: Perform ongoing "User Tech Improvement" checks to ensure all LMS functionalities—including scoring, assignments, and reporting—are functioning perfectly. 

Job Requirements

 

  • Instructional Pedagogy: Deep understanding of active learning methodologies; a commitment to maximizing participant talk time and peer-to-peer interaction over passive lecturing.
  • Technological Agility: High proficiency in LMS management, modern productivity and survey / assessment systems.
  • Precision & Integrity: Meticulous attention to detail in capturing data and maintaining accurate records.
  • Resourcefulness & Growth Mindset: A proactive attitude toward using AI and new digital modalities to solve problems creatively and enhance training delivery.
  • Professionalism & Partnership: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal departments, trainers, and corporate C-Suites, HR Leaders, L&D specialists, as well as other client stakeholders, to align with project / business requirements.
  • Reliability: Proven ability to meet strict targets, such as pre-work completion goal and immediate post-program reporting.
