Job Description

  •  Manage full sets of accounts for assigned portfolios, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow management. 
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. 
  • Ensure all accounting entries are recorded accurately and promptly in the accounting system. 
  • Monitor and update financial transactions including revenue, expenses, receipts, and payments. 
  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliations, including bank and intercompany accounts. 
  • Handle month-end closing activities and ensure deadlines are met. 
  • Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of accounting and administrative records. 
  • Liaise with internal departments, auditors, tax agents, and external parties to resolve discrepancies and outstanding matters. 
  • Support administrative functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. 
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments and duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

 

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in accounting and administrative functions. 
  • Able to manage full sets of accounts independently. 
  • Good knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing processes. 
  • Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Able to prepare, compile, and present monthly financial and administrative reports to management. 
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties. 
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned. 
  • Applicants with the ability to speak Mandarin will be given preference.
