<li>Capable of addressing guest inquiries and complaints.</li>

<li>Deliver services that meet the quality standards established by the hotel.</li>
<li>Applicants should possess SPM, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in hospitality or hotel management.</li>
<li>Have 1-3 years of experience in the housekeeping department or related sectors.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.</li>
<li>Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.</li>
<li>Friendly, self-motivated, and disciplined.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of generating and interpreting housekeeping reports.</li>
<li>Local candidates are preferred.</li>
