The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for the follwowing :-

<li>Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities</li>
<li>Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and schedules</li>
<li>Manage and supevise site workes and sub-contractors</li>
<li>Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager</li>
<li>Conduct site inspections and quality control checks</li>
<li>Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment and materials</li>
<li>Resolve on-site issues, delays or conflicts promptly</li>
<li>Maintain site records, including attendance, progress reports and safety logs</li>
<li>Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials</li>
</ul>
