Job Description

• Full Set Accounts Management: Handle day-to-day accounting duties, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Client Advisory Support: Assist clients with budget planning, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Audit Coordination: Prepare all required financial documents for audits and answer any audit-related questions.
• Compliance & Controls: Guarantee all financial procedures adhere to relevant standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.
• Project Involvement: Assist senior management with special finance-related projects.
• Client Engagement: Professionally and promptly respond to and resolve all client inquiries.
• Other Duties: Complete miscellaneous accounting tasks and other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Accounting, or hold a professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as AutoCount or UBS is a plus.
• Strong command of both English and Malay languages.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive financial information.
• Keen eye for accuracy and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Self-motivated with a desire to continue developing professionally in the field of accounting.
• Must hold a valid driving license.
