Job Description

  • Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by maintaining an organized and efficient working environment.
  • Manage both physical and digital filing systems to ensure documents are accurately recorded, stored, and easily retrievable.
  • Assist in preparing, compiling, and organizing documents to ensure proper record keeping and audit readiness.
  • Maintain and update corporate records, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and systematically organized.
  • Verify and cross-check information against supporting documents to ensure the accuracy of records.
  • Prepare letters and other administrative correspondence when required.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and assist in improving digital document management systems.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by management.


Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Good initiative with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Candidates who are able to start work immediately will have an added advantage.
