Job Description

  • Assist in providing clerical and organizational support to the sales team.
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
  • Prepare stock and sample board.
  • Provide updates to customer or suppliers.
  • Assist in preparing report submission for daily sales orders, weekly & monthly sales report.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.
  • Checking stock and prepare delivery to customer and keep track with Logistics Department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Handling customer questions, requests, and complaints.
  • Handling ad hoc tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Good communication and mathematical skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute.
