As a Guru you will be accountable for:

<li>Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential and client value.</li>
<li>Proactively address any client issues or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and escalation to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.</li>
<li>Lead contract negotiation processes, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company, and manage contract renewals in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Monitor account performance metrics, track progress against goals, and provide regular reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.</li>
