In addition, the role is also required to manage the employee benefits related areas including PruEMPIRE, LTIP cycles and Employee Assistance Program.Roles and Responsibilities:1) Managing Performance Management cycles - Draft and send out employee communication for KPI planning, mid-term review and year-end review. - Involvement in yearly Dvision and Country calibration. - Follow up submission of performance result, analyze or prepare reports for management action. - Conduct training, briefing and roadshow to create awareness on performance management and system enhancements. - Liaise with other departments in HR for staff performance improvement initiatives.2) Monthly payroll processing:- Processing Payroll related matter on monthly basis- Ensure accuracy in salary calculations, statutory deduction (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and other withholding- Maintain and update payroll record including new hire, termination and change in compensation- Coordinate with finance for payroll funding and disbursement.- Assist with renewal and appointment of payroll vendor- Check accurateness and amend discrepancy2) Market benchmarking on New Ways of Working (NWOW) and Employee Benefits review &amp; benchmarking - Collate data, prepare benefits review and benchmarking. - Suggest benefits improvement for PruBSN - Extract market report and analyze data for recommendation / implementation. - Draft recommendation for management approval. - Co-own new initiatives / implementation of newly introduced policies and benefit items.3) Benefits administration Medical Administration &amp; Takaful Coverage : - Assist in updating inclusion of coverage for new hire and dependents inclusive of alteration and deletion on periodically basis - Process monthly invoices for medical expenses - Administer end-to-end Outpatient Medical Reimbursement Form submission to PMCare until full / complete reimbursement.Parking Administration &amp; Attendance System : - Assist on parking allocation in TRX for SM and above - Prepare attendance record as per request from various department for disciplinary cases or overtime calculation.Local Scheme Coordinator (LSC) of PruEmpire : - Update the TDE fund price in Shareworks and PruEmpire website daily and the staff TDE purchased units in Shareworks. - Prepare monthly deduction &amp; contribution report to HR payroll personnel and Finance respectively for salary deduction and purchase of TDE fund. - Provide support to staff on enrolment, change of contribution and withdrawal etc.myHR Leave administration : - Assist employee on queries on leave in myHR and grant special leave in myHR such as replacement leave, study leave etcLong Term Incentive Plan (LTIP): - Person in charge on LTIP matters.Employee Assistance Program (EAP): - Person in charge on all EAP matters.4)myHR process improvement and automation - Participate in any improvement to the process and system related to performance management. - Ensure all myHR initiatives are completed within deadlineRole Qualification and Experience&nbsp;-Minimum bachelor's degree in any field - 5 to 6 years related experience - Experience in Financial Institution is an added advantage - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Excellent Microsoft office skills especially Power Point - Experience and willing to handle Benefits administration&nbsp; Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
