1) Analyze training needs: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to understand training requirements, target audience, and desired learning outcomes.
2) Strategize, structured and develop plan to roll out training modules and its framework.
3) Plan and manage resources with monitoring the execution of tasks in developing training modules and other projects assigned by Agency L&D.
4) Develop the competency of his faculty trainers and certify them to conduct training modules.
5) Plan training sessions for assigned region / channel with Regional Training Partners or Agency Growth team and monitor its execution.
6) Deliver in-house training modules.
7) Participate in any other duties / projects as assigned by the superior.
JOB SPECIFICATION
a. Qualifications
Degree in any discipline.
b. Experience
More than 8 years’ experience in training field, particularly in financial services industry.
c. Knowledge
Good knowledge of training functions, training framework and good understanding of the operative aspects of insurance business.
