<h4>We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Senior Management. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth coordination of board activities, managing confidential information and providing high-level administrative and strategic support.  <br><br>&nbsp;</h4>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to senior management.</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation and minutes taking plus track action items and follow up on key decisions from meetings.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare, review and organize reports, presentations and confidential documents which include official correspondences, quotations, proposals and other related documentation as required.</li>
<li>Handle confidential correspondence, reports and documentation with utmost discretion. Handle office communications professionally and maintain strict confidentiality.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between the Board, senior management and external stakeholders as well as internal stakeholders.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements and meeting logistics for board members.</li>
<li>Maintain proper filing systems and corporate records.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with corporate governance and internal policies.</li>
<li>Support in coordinating company events and any special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.</li>
