We are looking for a hands-on and people-oriented People and Culture Manager to lead our People and Culture and Administration functions. &nbsp;
This role plays a key part in driving organizational effectiveness through talent acquisition, people development, and smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced environment across regions.
 Responsibilities:&nbsp;
People and Culture
<ul>
<li>Lead full spectrum of People and Culture functions across regional markets including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and People and Culture policy development.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Partner with department heads to identify regional manpower needs and implement effective hiring strategies, developing programs that enhance employee capabilities &amp; foster long-term career growth within the organization.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and lead employee well-being programs that support mental, physical &amp; professional health..&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage payroll, leave administration, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations across our regional and international entities, ensuring internal People &amp; Culture policies are met.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop &amp; implement positive employee engagements and strengthen company culture through initiatives and activities.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Administration&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Oversee day-to-day administrative operations including office management, procurement, and facility coordination.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage vendor relationships, office maintenance, and service contracts.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and implement administrative systems and processes for efficiency.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support management in handling travel arrangements, company events, and documentation.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Leadership &amp; Strategy&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Provide data-driven People and Culture insights to management to support business goals across different regional markets.</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and guide the People and Culture team to ensure smooth and timely operations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support organizational restructuring, policy review, and change management initiatives to ensure the company remains agile &amp; competitive.</li>
</ul>
