Job Description

 About the Role: 

We are looking for a hands-on and people-oriented People and Culture Manager to lead our People and Culture and Administration functions.
 

This role plays a key part in driving organizational effectiveness through talent acquisition, people development, and smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced environment across regions.


Responsibilities:
 

People and Culture

  • Lead full spectrum of People and Culture functions across regional markets including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and People and Culture policy development. 
  • Partner with department heads to identify regional manpower needs and implement effective hiring strategies, developing programs that enhance employee capabilities & foster long-term career growth within the organization. 
  • Develop and lead employee well-being programs that support mental, physical & professional health.. 
  • Manage payroll, leave administration, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. 
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations across our regional and international entities, ensuring internal People & Culture policies are met. 
  • Develop & implement positive employee engagements and strengthen company culture through initiatives and activities. 

Administration 

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations including office management, procurement, and facility coordination. 
  • Manage vendor relationships, office maintenance, and service contracts. 
  • Develop and implement administrative systems and processes for efficiency. 
  • Support management in handling travel arrangements, company events, and documentation. 

Leadership & Strategy 

  • Provide data-driven People and Culture insights to management to support business goals across different regional markets.
  • Lead, coach, and guide the People and Culture team to ensure smooth and timely operations. 
  • Support organizational restructuring, policy review, and change management initiatives to ensure the company remains agile & competitive.

Job Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in HR and Administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. 
  • Strong knowledge of regional employment act and good understanding of labour regulations across various international jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills necessary for stakeholder management, policy development, and conducting effective employee relations.  
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is a distinct advantage that will highly beneficial for internal communications and liaising with certain stakeholders.
