Job Description
Overseeing all company secretarial matters for a diverse portfolio of both Malaysian and international companies. -Managing compliance tasks and facilitating client onboarding processes. -Providing expert advice to clients on company statutory requirements, organisational structure, and administrative procedures. -Ensuring adherence to regulations outlined in Malaysian Corporate Enactments, Statutory Reporting, and Corporate Governance standards. -Maintaining and updating clients' statutory documents and records in compliance with relevant regulations and authorities. -Handling the filing and digitalisation of clients' statutory documents, records, and reports. -Coordinating Annual General Meetings, Extraordinary General Meetings, and other corporate events. -Drafting agendas, action points, and minutes for Board Committee Meetings, ensuring comprehensive documentation. -Undertaking any additional ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as required.
