&nbsp;We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll administration, and compliance with HR policies and regulations. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a positive working environment and ensuring smooth HR operations.

<li>Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and process monthly payroll, claims, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle employee enquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in drafting HR policies, employment letters, and documentation &nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor attendance, leave management, and performance appraisal tracking &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate training and development activities &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support employee engagement initiatives and company events &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in internal audits, ISO documentation, and HR reporting as required</li>
</ul>
