Job Description
- Prepare listing and invoicing
- Issue suppliers' PO, including controlling system
- Customers' PO, including control and manage PO from customers, etc
- Customers' credit line controlling
- Follow up customers' payment
- Executing administrative tasks such as emailing, courier, printing and filing
- Liase with customer
- Assist other related matters and ad hoc issue
- Liase with customers and operation for deliveries
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management
Job Requirements
- Computer literature with Ms Office (excel, eorrd & etc) UBS system
- Good command in Chinese, Malay & English
- Self-motivated with initiative, disciplines is preferred
