We are seeking for highly experienced ESG & social impact specialists for our amazing team to provide solution-focused approaches to a wide range of Environmental, Social, Governance challenges.
As Social Performance Professional, you will:
Establish relationships with clients and be seen as a trusted advisor on ESG, Just Transition & Sustainability matters in the market
Work closely with clients and engagement teams to assist in adapting to a wide range of ESG Frameworks
Assist to develop and implement corporate approaches, social performance management frameworks, strategies and stakeholder/rightsholder engagement
Have the ability and expertise to be involved with the provision of expert technical support for the development of ESG and social related projects, including but not limited to workforce, supply chain engagement, community engagement and stakeholder/rightsholder engagement
Assist in delivering training to build capability and capacity
Managing or coordinating small or medium size projects or whole elements of larger multidisciplinary or global projects
Assisting in business development and pitching assignments to engage potential clients
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in social and environmental role
A graduate degree in social sciences, environmental science, sociology, anthropology, natural-resource management and/or equivalent
A strong passion for sustainability and ESG issues
Highly evolved analytical skills and good research skills
Project management, data management and visualization skills
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, particularly when communicating on an engagement to a wide range of stakeholders from senior management to project managers
Exposure to preparing and delivering proposals and client management
Added advantage of possessing knowledge of and experience with international sustainability and assurance guidelines and standards (IFC, ADB etc. and specific national legislation of the country of work (within APAC countries mainly)
Progressive history of building successful relationships and working collaboratively
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple complex projects in diverse areas
