Our Team

<li><strong>Planning and Execution</strong>: Planning, executing, and closing projects, which involves defining project scope, creating schedules, allocating resources, managing risks, and monitoring progress. Collaborate with Project Manager to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.</li>
<li><strong>Communication</strong>: Communicating with stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members, to ensure everyone is aligned with the project goals. Facilitate meetings, document key decisions, and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Oversight</strong>: Having a deep understanding of software development methodologies and tools to guide the technical direction of the project. </li>
<li><strong>Budget and Resource Management</strong>: Managing project budgets and resources allocation to ensure the timely completion of milestones. </li>
<li><strong>Quality Assurance</strong>: Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products at all stages of completion. </li>
<li><strong>Process and Documentation</strong>: Support documentation of project plans, workflows, and status reports. Assist in maintaining project management tools and repositories.</li>
<li><strong>Risk and Issue Management</strong>: Identify project risks and issues, escalate when necessary, and support the implementation of resolutions.  Assist in conducting post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions.</li>
