Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Acting as the central coordinator, the Project Manager ensures strong collaboration between internal teams, clients, and external partners. This role requires excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Assign tasks, organize meetings, and ensure team members clearly understand deliverables.
• Manage resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related client communications.
Team Coordination & Communication
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy.
• Serve as the main liaison between Creative, KAM, and other departments.
• Facilitate internal communication and ensure information is accurately shared across teams.
• Lead problem-solving discussions when faced with competing priorities or multiple options.
Quality Control & Risk Management
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to avoid project delays.
• Troubleshoot issues with internal and external teams to maintain workflow continuity.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and client expectations.
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
• Ensure alignment between project outputs and client goals.
• Manage expectations and resolve escalations in a timely, professional manner.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
• High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to balance timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2–5 years of project management experience, preferably in creative, marketing, or agency environments.
• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end projects with cross-functional teams.
