Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our Organizational Development & Admin team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting employee lifecycle management, and fostering a positive workplace culture that reflects our company values.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage daily HR administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and employee records.
  • Assist in payroll processing (preparation, data verification, coordination).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (letters, induction, exit documentation).
  • Maintain and update HR systems and databases.

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Support planning and execution of engagement initiatives (events, celebrations, team-building).
  • Assist in employee surveys and feedback collection.
  • Promote a positive work environment aligned with company values.
  • Support internal communications and HR announcements.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Assist in handling employee concerns and escalate when necessary.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Track employee development plans and ensure training fulfillment.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.


Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or equivalent.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin and English (Cantonese is an advantage).
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Exposure to recruitment or talent development is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written).
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, and eager to learn.
  • Confident, focused, and able to present ideas clearly.
  • Independent, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-growing environment.
