<h4>We are seeking a dynamic <strong>HR Executive</strong> to join our Organizational Development &amp; Admin team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting employee lifecycle management, and fostering a positive workplace culture that reflects our company values.</h4>

<h4><strong>HR Operations &amp; Administration</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Manage daily HR administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and employee records.</li>
<li>Assist in payroll processing (preparation, data verification, coordination).</li>
<li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes (letters, induction, exit documentation).</li>
<li>Maintain and update HR systems and databases.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Recruitment Support</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.</li>
<li>Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Employee Engagement &amp; Culture</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Support planning and execution of engagement initiatives (events, celebrations, team-building).</li>
<li>Assist in employee surveys and feedback collection.</li>
<li>Promote a positive work environment aligned with company values.</li>
<li>Support internal communications and HR announcements.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Employee Relations</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.</li>
<li>Assist in handling employee concerns and escalate when necessary.</li>
<li>Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Learning &amp; Development</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.</li>
<li>Track employee development plans and ensure training fulfillment.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Compliance &amp; Reporting</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and local labor laws.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.</li>
