About Qra (pronounced Q-ra) - is a modern, start-up, neighbourhood grocer; thoughtfully 
designed to bring communities closer through quality food, curated selections, and

As an Executive, Marketing, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our customers experience the Qra brand. From launching campaigns to amplifying our voice across digital and physical spaces, you’ll be working closely with internal teams and external partners to make marketing ideas come to life.
We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, brimming with ideas, and thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment!
Responsibilities:
You’ll support the end-to-end execution of marketing plans, including:
<ul>
<li> Campaign Management – Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital and offline touchpoints.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Social Media &amp; Content – Manage our social platforms and help create engaging content that reflects our brand values, voice and story.</li>
<li> Activation &amp; Events – Support the planning and execution of on-ground activations and marketing events.</li>
<li> Collateral Management – Coordinate the production of marketing materials, from design to delivery.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Copywriting &amp; Proofreading – Craft and review content to ensure it's on-brand accurate, and impactful.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Cross Department Collaboration – Work closely with teams across departments (e.g. Operations, Creative, E-Commerce, Merchandising etc) to align on marketing plans and execution timelines.</li>
<li>&nbsp;External Coordination – Liaise with suppliers, media partners, and brand collaborators to ensure smooth planning, communication, and timely delivery of campaigns and materials.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Performance &amp; Research – Track campaign results, monitor competitor activity, and support market research efforts.</li>
</ul>
