Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

• Create and produce social media content, including videos, images, and captions, for multiple client brands across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other assigned channels.
• Manage content creation tasks across different client accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with each client’s brand identity.
• Execute content plans and campaigns based on approved briefs, content calendars, and timelines.
• Perform basic content production tasks, including shooting, editing, and formatting content suitable for each platform.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, performance marketers, and other team members to support client campaigns and deliverables.
• Ensure all content complies with client brand guidelines, platform best practices, and Company standards.
• Monitor basic content performance and implement improvements where necessary.
• Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines across multiple projects and accounts.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy when handling client materials and information.
• Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by the Company in relation to content creation and digital marketing services.

Job Requirements

Requirement:

1. Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
2. Passion for creating content for social media.
3. 1-2 years of content planning and production with in-house marketing or agency. [Fresh Graduated are welcome!]
4. Able to create clever, smart content quickly and without supervision, and able to take rejection in your stride.
5. Able to come up with great creative ideas and support them with analytical justification.
6. Detailed, able to multitask, and adhere to deadlines.
7. Some experience in managing social media platforms (added advantage!)
