About the Role
We're looking for a Growth & Ecommerce Manager to help build and scale Furmocare's digital growth engine.
This is a hands-on role that combines ecommerce, performance marketing, content, analytics, and experimentation. You will own the customer journey from awareness to conversion, helping us grow revenue across Shopee and other digital channels while building the systems, processes, and insights that drive sustainable growth.
This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. We operate with a startup mindset — moving quickly, testing ideas, learning from data, and figuring things out as we go. We're looking for someone who enjoys building, is comfortable with ambiguity, and wants the opportunity to grow alongside the brand.
What You Will Own
Growth & Revenue
- Own ecommerce growth and online sales performance across Shopee and future digital channels
- Develop and execute initiatives that drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and average order value
- Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities across the customer funnel
- Work closely with the team to translate business goals into growth initiatives
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise Meta, Google, Shopee, TikTok and other paid acquisition channels
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend based on performance
- Build and scale customer acquisition campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets
- Develop and test audiences, creatives, offers, and messaging
Ecommerce & Conversion
- Manage and optimise Furmocare's Shopee presence, including listings, promotions, content, and conversion performance
- Improve product page effectiveness, customer experience, and conversion rates
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and ecommerce best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve customer purchase behaviour and basket size
Content & Creative Growth
- Develop high-performing content and campaigns
- Translate customer insights into effective creative briefs and growth experiments
- Support creative testing and help identify winning content, hooks, and messaging
- Collaborate with the wider team to build awareness and demand for the brand
Analytics & Experimentation
- Build dashboards and reporting systems that provide actionable insights
- Track and analyse key growth metrics including revenue, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, CTR, and AOV
- Run structured experiments across creatives, offers, channels, and customer journeys
- Turn insights into action quickly and continuously improve performance
