<li>Oversee day-to-day operations across Real Fitness studios</li>
<li>Ensure studios run smoothly, safely, and on schedule</li>
<li>Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily manpower planning</li>
<li>Resolve people and operational issues efficiently</li>
<li>Ensure SOPs, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently followed</li>
<li>Coordinate with coaches to maintain a strong client experience</li>
<li>Monitor client feedback and handle operational complaints</li>
<li>Support onboarding and coordination of trainers, interns, and support staff</li>
<li>Report operational updates and issues to management</li>
</ul>
