Job Purpose:
To manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including processing transactions, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations. The Accounts Executive supports accurate and timely financial reporting, assists with budgeting and audits, and plays a key role in the smooth operation of the company’s financial processes.

DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Accurately record all financial transactions, including income, expenses, and investments, in the organization's accounting system.</li>
<li>Generate financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</li>
<li>Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on outstanding invoices.</li>
<li>Writing accurate reports to the finance manager.</li>
<li>Control and reconciliation of petty cash, cheques and etc.</li>
<li>Raising purchase orders and arranging for the payment of invoices.</li>
<li>Administering petty cash, staff claims and wages.</li>
<li>Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Analyze financial trends and variances, providing insights and recommendations based on financial performance.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.</li>
<li>Use accounting software and systems to manage financial data, streamline processes, and improve efficiency.</li>
<li>Keep abreast of changes in accounting standards, financial regulations, and industry trends.</li>
<li>Cross check and match sales invoice with payment received.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
