From humble beginnings, REDtone has grown to become a leading provider of integrated telecommunications and digital infrastructure services for organizations. A well-respected home-grown brand founded in 1996, REDtone was listed on the Malaysia Stock Exchange’s Malaysian Exchange of Securities Dealing &amp; Automated Quotations (MESDAQ), now known as ACE Market, in January 2004 and transferred to Main Market in May 2023. To date, REDtone has presence with technical and after sales support team at major cities in Malaysia i.e. Klang Valley, Johor Bahru, Penang, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching. <li>Perform daily collection activities and debt recovery actions, ensuring payments due from customers are collected according to given credit terms and actively follow up on overdue accounts.</li>
<li>Follow up on overdue invoices by telephone, email and letter within agreed timescales. Maintain accurate records of all follow up activities in the Reminder System and Billing System.</li>
<li>Ensuring personal targets are achieved within specified target times.</li>
<li>Respond promptly, positively and professionally to customer enquiries within 24 hours and work closely with other departments to speed up collection procedure. Provide accurate advice on billing queries.</li>
<li>Coordinate with other parties to rectify problems that cause the delay of payment. Escalate any dispute or payment problem to respective sales personnel without delay. Resolve customers’ complaints in billing discrepancy within 3 working days.</li>
<li>Identify changes in customer payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness.</li>
<li>Identify and highlight potential debt exposures, credit issues and recommend corrective action.</li>
<li>Recommend suspension of service to delinquent accounts in accordance with the company guideline.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit the contra, refund, and adjustment.</li>
<li>Undertake complex reconciliations, and compiles documentation for legal action.</li>
<li>Provide back up support and assist with the daily functions of the Credit Control Department including data entry.</li>
<li>Undertake special assignment, additional duties and responsibilities as and when necessary.</li>
