We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is perfect for someone who has a solid understanding of accounting principles, is eager to learn, and wants to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.</li>
<li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.</li>
<li>Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.</li>
<li>Reconcile bank statements and monitor company expenditures.</li>
<li>Handle staff expense claims, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.</li>
<li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.</li>
<li>Support the finance team in audits and compliance-related matters.</li>
<li>Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring completeness and accuracy.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing tax filings and statutory reporting.</li>
<li>Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Experience in using Quickbook and handling agency accounts will be added advantage.</li>
