We're a full service marketing agency looking for a Social Media Lead to head our social media division. The candidate will be overseeing social strategies across a portfolio of client accounts, leading a team of Social Media Managers and Content Creators to deliver impact for our clients.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client environment, can think strategically and execute operationally, and knows how to bring the best out of a creative team. What You'll Do
Strategy &amp; Leadership
<ul>
<li>Own the social media strategy across multiple client accounts spanning different industries across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, XHS etc.)</li>
<li>Act as the senior strategic voice in client meetings, presentations, and strategy reviews</li>
<li>Translate client business objectives into clear, platform-specific social media strategies</li>
<li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Social Media Managers and Content Creators to achieve client KPIs&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide creative direction and final approval on content across all client accounts while ensuring brand voice, visual consistency, and quality standards are upheld.</li>
</ul>
Algorithm &amp; Platform Expertise
<ul>
<li>Stay ahead of algorithm changes across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube</li>
<li>Educate and upskill the team regularly on platform updates and best practices</li>
<li>Drive organic growth strategies informed by data</li>
</ul>
Reporting &amp; Operations
<ul>
<li>Oversee monthly client performance reports across all accounts</li>
<li>Establish and improve internal workflows, content approval processes, and reporting templates</li>
<li>Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure smooth client communication and delivery</li>
</ul>
