The Position

The Intern will work closely with the Delivery Management community to identify areas of improvement and propose solutions to enhance the resource management processes. The Intern will be responsible for analyzing time and material contract capturing, categorizing and helping work with the extension of the contract. Additionally, the intern will oversee assignments with products and organize chapter related activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess familiarity with product backlog management

  • Engage product stakeholders and understand the requirements and coordinate related events and activities

  • Assist with the development and maintenance of ServiceNow workflows, reports, and dashboards.

  • Create and deliver presentations on deliverables for initiatives to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Eager to learn collaborative tools (Lucid Sparks, Trello and g-suite)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to think critically and propose solutions to complex problems.

  • Willingness to work extra hours to meet project deadlines.

  • A strong grasp of service management and proficiency in utilizing the ServiceNow tool would be advantageous
