Roofera Sdn Bhd is a growing company committed to delivering quality products and services to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to join our finance team and support our daily accounting operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set or partial accounting functions, depending on experience.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Assist with monthly closing and year-end audit preparation.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of accounting experience will have an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin speaking is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and business associates.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
