Roofera Sdn Bhd is a growing company committed to delivering quality products and services to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to join our finance team and support our daily accounting operations.

Job Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Handle full set or partial accounting functions, depending on experience.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial reports.</li>
<li>Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).</li>
<li>Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.</li>
<li>Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.</li>
<li>Assist with monthly closing and year-end audit preparation.</li>
<li>Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and relevant authorities.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.</li>
<li>Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.</li>
<li>Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.</li>
</ul>

• Run full/partial accounting: AP/AR, bank recs, vouchers, reports and month-end close.
• Join a growing team focused on quality products and services.
• Own audit prep, liaise with auditors and tax agents for end-to-end finance exposure!

• Urus set penuh/separa akaun, rekod, AP/AR, rekonsiliasi bank dan sokong tutup bulan.
• Syarikat berkembang yang komited kepada kualiti produk &amp; perkhidmatan.
• Pendedahan end-to-end perakaunan, berurusan juruaudit/agensi &amp; peluang kembang kerjaya!
