Our Mission

<h3>Accounts Responsibilities:</h3>
<ol>
<li>Handle daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, debit notes, and credit notes. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure accounting records are accurately and timely updated in the accounting system. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Process payments to suppliers and follow up on customer collections. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support internal and external audits and maintain proper accounting documentation. &nbsp;</li>
</ol>
<h3>Administrative Responsibilities:</h3>
<ol>
<li>Handle daily administrative and office operations including filing, correspondence, and documentation. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage office supplies and general administrative purchases. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate meetings, phone calls, emails, and schedules. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to management and other departments. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure proper organization and maintenance of company records and documents. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in basic HR administrative tasks such as attendance records, leave administration, and payroll support (if required).</li>
