Job Description

● Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

● Participate in preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

● Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

● Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.

● Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

● Manage cash flow and oversee banking operations.

● Collaborate with department heads to manage costs and improve financial performance.

● Undertake any other responsibilities or special projects as assigned by management.

● Train, coach, and supervise finance team members on accounting procedures and systems.

● Continuously review and improve accounting processes to ensure compliance with SOPs and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent.
  • At least 4 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have experience in handling retail company account.
  • Proficient in SQL Accounting Software, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheet.  
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Auto count, tax, and company secretarial matters.
  • Full-time position. (Based on HQ - Atria Damansara Jaya)
