<li>This role is to lead and manage a team of Accounting subordinates to support the accounting and controlling for the countries assigned.</li>
<li>Assigning and organise roles and responsibilities to the team members.</li>
<li>Review the works or tasks done by the team on new policies, work instructions, and new requirements from the Group.</li>
<li>Providing guidance and coaching to the team on new policies, work instructions, and new requirements from the Group.</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage the monthly balance sheet review for Regional and Country.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Management to implement or drive for standardization of processes across countries supported by this centre.</li>
<li>Drive for commonality and simplify processes in line with the Company's policies and guidelines.</li>
<li>Leading and coordinate all system migration from the country to SSC according to the planned schedules.</li>
<li>Achieve cost-efficient and eliminate redundancy through the centre.</li>
<li>Team engagement and motivation.</li>
<li>Resource planning and drive for efficiencies.</li>
<li>Monitoring KPI for the team.</li>
