The team uses intelligent speech recognition software along with other state-of-the-art editing tools to deliver transcripts in real-time with the highest standard of quality. Being a part of the team means getting immersed to something that is huge, exciting, and significant and to play a relevant role to revolutionize how transcripts are produced and delivered to clients. &nbsp; &nbsp;At Transcripts, we produce written records of dictated or recorded speech of various investor events including Earnings calls, M&amp;A calls, Investor Conferences, Company Conference Presentations. &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Responsibilities and Impact:&nbsp;<ul><li>Manage a team of individual contributors who are in the process of producing high quality transcripts using state of art technology and tools.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring team members are compliant when producing the transcripts for various event types and from various resources. &nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for the day-to-day workflow management and performance of a team to ensure accuracy and efficiency of process workflows.&nbsp;</li><li>Supervise a team of transcription experts with Mandarin language proficiency and contribute towards achieving business goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead and conduct day to day management of multiple data collection, research, validation, and translation + transcription processes, and aid team members in their day-to-day tasks and should any concerns arise.&nbsp;</li><li>Mentor, coach, and develop team members from their career development, upskilling, goal setting, and performance evaluation, while ensuring all company policies are followed.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with managers and leads across divisions and sites regarding translation and transcription needs to meet timeliness and quality goals, and work with other team leads to ensure proper capacity planning and resource management.&nbsp;</li><li>Establishes and/or develops metrics, reviews quantitative and qualitative performance standards and coordinates implementation with the Manager.&nbsp;</li><li>Plan and execute special projects that may be assigned on an ad-hoc basis.&nbsp;</li><li>Interact with stakeholders, from internal clients and external vendors through phone, email, and video conferences.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with product and development teams on timely basis to ensure the data in the S&amp;P Global Market Intelligence platform is up-to-date and would provide the optimal client experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Define best practices, processes, and requirements and ensure procedures and documentation are up to date.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify training opportunities, knowledge deficiencies and untapped and undeveloped skills within the group.&nbsp;</li><li>Has a LEAN mindset and seeks continuous process and quality improvement, and must recommend solutions and procedures to remove inefficiencies and rework and improve timeliness and data quality.&nbsp;</li></ul> &nbsp;What We’re Looking For: &nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree, Finance background will be an added advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency or native competency in specified language in Chinese (Mandarin) and English&nbsp;</li><li>At least 3 years of relevant experience in a people management or leadership role&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent time management skills, as the Assistant Manager is responsible for managing staff responsible for activities with specific time constraints and activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with analytical and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Well-versed with information research on the internet and desktop applications such as Microsoft Office 365 (MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)&nbsp;</li><li>Must have a strong background in operations and strategic resource management.&nbsp;</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Experience with training, learning and development.&nbsp;</li><li>Mandarin Language proficiency certification is desirable.&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of ASR, NLP, LLM tools a plus&nbsp;</li><li>Proven experience on translation and localization projects particularly related to financial industry/markets.&nbsp;</li><li>Working experience with LEAN principles and automation,&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge in SQL, Python and VBA Macro&nbsp;</li><li>Flexibility to work across various shifts including night shift on rotational or need basis.&nbsp;</li></ul>What’s In It For You?Our Purpose:Progress is not a self-starter.
